1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of dignityorganic.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Dignity Organic Sanitaries Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. By placing an order or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on this Site. By using the Site you represent that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion.
3. Orders & Contract Formation
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders where products are listed at incorrect prices due to typographical error, where payment cannot be verified, or where items are out of stock. In such cases we will issue a full refund.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and include applicable taxes. Delivery fees are shown at checkout and vary by location. Payment is collected at the time of order. We use Paystack for secure payment processing and do not store your full card details.
5. Delivery
We deliver to all 36 states and the FCT. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative, not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, adverse weather, or events outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
6. Product Information
We make every effort to display products accurately. Colours may vary slightly on different screens. Product descriptions and ingredient information are provided for guidance only and do not constitute medical advice. If you have a medical condition or known allergy, please consult a healthcare professional before use.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (including text, images, brand assets, and product descriptions) is the property of Dignity Organic Sanitaries Limited or used under licence. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, Dignity Organic Sanitaries Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our products or Site. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
