What does "organic" actually mean for your products?
Our products use GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard)-certified organic cotton. This means the cotton was grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilisers, and the manufacturing process avoids harmful dyes and bleaching chemicals like chlorine. You get a product that is safer for your body and kinder to the environment.
Are your products NAFDAC certified?
Yes. All Dignity Organic Sanitaries products are registered with the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) in Nigeria. Our NAFDAC registration numbers are printed on every product pack.
Where do you deliver, and how long does delivery take?
We currently deliver to all 36 states in Nigeria and the FCT. Orders within Lagos are typically delivered within 1–2 business days. Orders to other states typically take 2–5 business days via our courier partners.
What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity. You can order a single pack. We do offer discounts on bulk orders. See our shop page for bundle pricing.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept bank transfers, card payments (Visa, Mastercard), and USSD payments. All transactions are processed securely through Paystack.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. Because we use certified organic cotton and avoid synthetic fragrances, chlorine bleaching, and harsh chemicals, our products are specifically designed for women with sensitive skin. If you have a known allergy to any botanical ingredient in our intimate wash, please check the full ingredients list before purchase.
How do I use and care for Dignity Period Underwear?
Rinse under cold water immediately after use to remove excess blood. Machine wash on a gentle cycle at up to 60 °C. Do not tumble dry, iron over the absorbent panel, or use fabric softener. Softener breaks down the absorbent layers over time. Hang to dry in fresh air. With proper care, each pair lasts 2+ years.
What is your return policy?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened packs of pads, liners, or tampons. However, if your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, we will replace it free of charge. Period underwear can be returned unworn and in original packaging within 14 days. See our full Refund & Returns policy for details.
Do you wholesale or supply to pharmacies and supermarkets?
Yes! We work with pharmacies, supermarkets, NGOs, and corporate wellness programmes across Nigeria. Contact our sales team at wholesale@dignityorganic.com or fill out the contact form to discuss pricing and terms.
Are your products environmentally friendly?
We are committed to reducing environmental harm at every stage. Our pads and liners use biodegradable packaging, our cotton is organically grown to protect soil health, and our period underwear is a long-lasting alternative to hundreds of single-use products. We are working towards full supply-chain transparency and will publish our annual sustainability report on the Impact Hub.
